Currently we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our small but focused team on a 13-month Maternity Leave contract.
You are a positive, energetic Office Administrator that likes to be guided by initiative and take care of the office. You are looking for a great place to work where you are an integral part of the business. You love being an Office Administrator, as it combines all aspects of administration & customer service together. With all your experience there is no problem that you can’t solve.
You are always ready to provide exceptional customer service to a range of clients that call or email our office. In addition, you are responsible for helping lead our team of technicians through their service and installation process.
You have a strong understanding of computers and can blog, tweet and get ‘Linked-in’ with the best of them. You are confident that with your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills you can keep our customers up to date with what is happening within the business through letters, emails and website updates.
Daily tasks such as ordering product, scheduling technicians on to jobs, and responding to inquiries requires an eye for detail… and you’ve got it. You don’t have to learn our business, you want to learn our business because you thrive on learning new things.

SECUR-U Inc is NOW hiring summer students to work only four hours a day from 4-8 PM Monday to Friday to sell door to door residential security systems in the Milton area. Milton is the the largest growing community in Canada. Reward yourself with $75.00 for the sale of a FREE security system installation, sell two a day for $150.00...that works out to $37.50 per hour.
