I am an Existing SecurU Customer with an Active Account Under Contract & I am Moving… What are My Options?

We offer several options:

1) If you have completed your initial monitoring term you can simply provide us with a signed cancellation notice based on the terms of your agreement

2) You can transfer any remaining term from your agreement to the new purchaser of your home based on their acceptance in writing to accept the outstanding balance of the term.  Get your real estate agent involved

3) You can transfer your remaining term from your old home to your new home and simply add the term to the new agreement. E.g.: 36 month new term (new house) + 4 remaining months (old house) = 40 months

4) You can payout the remaining term and end the agreement early
