The Role: Senior Technician
From start to finish, you’ll own the process, installing, programming, and commissioning security systems while sharing your expertise along the way. You’ll guide clients through every step, from setup to training, and mentor Junior Technicians along the way. At SecurU, leadership isn’t just in meetings, it happens on the tools.
What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate?
You know commercial security systems inside and out: CCTV, alarms, access control, cabling (you’re basically a cabling artist).
You can install, troubleshoot, and repair like it’s second nature.
Kantech, DSC PowerSeries and Alarm.com are all second nature to you.
You’re SUPER ideal if you have locksmithing experience.
You’re calm under pressure and great with people. Bonus points if you can make them smile while explaining tech.
You’re organized, tidy, and never leave a job site looking like a tornado hit.
You are able to lift up to 40 lbs, and you are comfortable climbing ladders (including extension ladders).
You love learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
