Instead of relying only on traditional monitoring calls, AG Chat enables faster verification through instant communication between responsible parties.
This service is provided through SecurU’s monitoring partner, AvantGuard Monitoring, and is part of your monitored alarm protection.

If you are listed on a monitored property’s call list, you may receive AG Chat notifications. For residential client’s all individuals listed will be contacted, while just the first two individuals on a commercial account will be notified.
Commercial deployments are being rolled out in phases to ensure consistent service quality and customer support.

Yes. AG Chat is an official monitoring feature used by SecurU through AvantGuard Monitoring.
